OPEN CLASSES + WORKSHOPS

Email info@lumedance.com prior to class start time and LUME will issue a full class credit to use for any future LUME class. If LUME is contacted after class start time, credit refund request will not be honored.

IGNITE & IGNITE REMOTE

On or after the 1st of the month, LUME cannot issue a tuition refund.

You must email info@lumedance.com 48 hrs prior to the 1st to cancel/pause your payment.

*Standard Plan Members - $200 cancelation fee if canceled within the 6 month period of membership*

 

THE COLLECTIVE, JR. COLLECTIVE & COLLECTIVE APPRENTICES

All COLLECTIVE & JR COLLECTIVE payment plans are charged on the 1st of the month. If a dancer is unable to attend a project date, they must email monika@lumedance.com 48 hours prior to the 1st of the month; any requests on or after the 1st will not be honored.

APPRENTICE tuition is mandatory and therefore will not be refunded.

2X1 MEETINGS

20 minute 2x1 meetings with Monika & MaryAnn - if a meeting is missed or canceled within a 24 hour period of your meeting, you are obligated to pay the fee in full.
