OPEN CLASSES + WORKSHOPS

Email info@lumedance.com prior to class start time and LUME will issue a full class credit to use for any future LUME class. If LUME is contacted after class start time, credit refund request will not be honored. 

 

LIGHT

On or after the 1st of the month, LUME cannot issue a tuition refund.

You must email info@lumedance.com 48 hrs prior to the 1st to cancel/pause your payment.

THE COLLECTIVE, JR. COLLECTIVE & COLLECTIVE APPRENTICES

All COLLECTIVE & JR COLLECTIVE payment plans are charged on the 1st of the month. If a dancer is unable to attend a project date, they must email monika@lumedance.com 48 hours prior to the 1st of the month; any requests on or after the 1st will not be honored.

APPRENTICE tuition is mandatory and therefore will not be refunded.

2X1 MEETINGS

15 minute 2x1 meetings with Monika & MaryAnn are complimentary with your payment plan, however if a meeting is missed or canceled within a 24 hour period of your meeting, you will receive an email for a mandatory $10 cancellation fee.
